Combination chains are widely used in cement, paper processing, mining and other heavy duty industries.  Combination chains are composed of stamped outer links and heat treated, pearlitic malleable cast inner blocks which provide high wear resistance.  The link plates are made of high strength material.  Chain pins can be either riveted or cottered, and heat treatment can be either case hardened or through hardened.

TYC combination chains are interchangeable with same size chains from other manufacturers.
